Prevention report

RelPrev (Prevention Reporting) is the main component of the civil aviation reporting system. It is used to voluntarily collect information related to situations observed in the work environment and in the organization. These are deviations from procedures or errors observed in daily activities that compromise the safety of our airport operations.

Records must be based on facts or personal experiences that could help prevent an accident or incident on site. The data will be treated in a confidential, non-punitive manner and will be for the exclusive use of Fortaleza Airport's Emergency and Operational Safety Department. If the reporter identifies themselves and provides a means of contact, they will be informed of the measures taken.

Voluntary reporting is therefore an essential tool for identifying hazards and managing risks within the organization.

The inclusion of your personal data is not mandatory. If you wish to identify yourself, your data will be used to control reports on situations with a potential risk to civil aviation operational safety, as well as to enable feedback.
