Fraport Brasil S.A. Aeroporto de Fortaleza, based on the principle of efficient use of airport infrastructure, delimits the areas of permanence as Maneuvering Yard for the purposes of applying the Permanence Tariff, in accordance with Resolution No. 432, of June 13, 2017, of the National Civil Aviation Agency.

This registration is intended for owners or operators of Group II aircraft. Owners or operators of Group II aircraft are those listed in the RAB(Brazilian Aeronautical Registry).

The information requested in the register is necessary for proper billing and subsequent collection of airport charges. Thus, the inclusion of your personal data is carried out to fulfill a legal obligation and is treated under the terms of the LGPD - General Personal Data Protection Law.
