Fortaleza Airport's Ombudsman has a new channel of communication with passengers. In October 2019, the totems located in the lobbies and departure lounges gave way to a more technological, agile and modern alternative. Signs with a QR Code will direct users to the Ombudsman's portal so that complaints can be made and sent instantly.


Responsible for analyzing the complaints received through its exclusive communication channels, the Ombudsman's Office deals with the needs of passengers and users, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement. All complaints are registered in a specific system and dealt with in a personalized manner.
