Fraport Brasil participates in Anac's National Slots Conference

Event defines the direction of the national air network for the Summer 26 season

Fraport Brasil, manager of Fortaleza International Airport, took part in the National Slots Conference from January 21 to 23, an event that defines the direction of the national air network for the Summer 26 season (summer in the northern hemisphere and winter in the south). The meeting is organized by the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC), and was supported by Aena, the concessionaire of Recife Airport, and the Government of Pernambuco.

The aim of the conference is to promote more efficient use of the Brazilian airport infrastructure, distributing and adjusting landing and take-off times throughout the country. The meeting brings together representatives from airports, airlines, Anac and the Air Navigation Management Center (CGNA) to discuss the Brazilian air network and align strategies to ensure a better balance between demand and operational capacity.

Fraport Brasil was represented by Pedro Navega, commercial aviation manager, and Hielena da Luz, aviation and planning analyst. "The meeting was important for us to build joint solutions that enable sustainable growth, guaranteeing operational efficiency and a better experience for our passengers," says Pedro.
