W Premium Group starts the soft opening of two VIP lounges at Fortaleza Airport

W Premium Group, a leader in the airport hospitality segment, is soft opening two new VIP lounges at Fortaleza International Airport.


Fortaleza International Airport, which was in the top 3 best airports in the country, according to a survey carried out by SAC (National Civil Aviation Secretariat) of the Ministry of Ports and Airports, is raising the level of passenger experience even further with two new VIP lounges from W Premium Group.


The W Premium Lounge - Fortaleza is located in the departure lounge next to Dufry Shopping, in the restricted area. With 368 square meters, the premium space follows the standard of sophistication and refinement of the other W Premium Lounges. Customers can enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet, including alcoholic beverages, a meeting room, a playroom, toilets and shower service, as well as comfortable armchairs and a rest area.


The W Arrival Lounge - Fortaleza, with 120 square meters, has been carefully designed to offer maximum comfort and convenience to travelers in the public area of the airport, whether on leisure or business trips, those arriving in the capital of Ceará by air can enjoy differentiated services in the VIP lounge. The lounge is located in a privileged area, next to the arrivals exit, opposite the escalators and next to the boarding elevator, making access easy. The facilities are comfortable and offer a rest area, as well as private bathrooms for travelers. The public will also be able to enjoy a personalized menu and drinks at their leisure.


The space was designed for passengers arriving at the airport who still have to wait for connections, international flight arrivals, transfers by appointment or check-in at the hotel.


Offering services at the airport arrivals hall, in the public area, is the group's new option for transforming the waiting experience for travelers with high quality services, says W Premium Group CEO Ítalo Russo.
