Domestic departure concourse – past the security checkpoints, near gate 8. The lounge is open 24/7. Access to the departure concourse is allowed 4 hours prior to the flight and upon presentation of a valid boarding pass.
International departure concourse - 2nd floor, near gate 1. The lounge is open 24/7. Access to the departure concourse is allowed 4 hours prior to the flight and upon presentation of a valid boarding pass.
Priority Pass and Loungekey cardholders are allowed in the lounge, as well as Visa Aeternum, The Platinum Card, Elo Diners Club and Elo Nanquim Bradesco credit cardholders.
It is the guest’s responsibility to present a valid card to the VIP Lounge employees and contact their bank or partner program in advance to learn about their benefits.

The premium spaces follow the standard of sophistication and refinement of the other W Premium Lounges. The client will have an all-you-can-eat buffet of food and drinks, including alcoholic drinks, a meeting room, toy library, bathrooms and shower service, as well as comfortable armchairs and a rest area.
Location
Domestic departure area - W Premium Lounge - Fortaleza is located after the inspection channel, next to Dufry Shopping. Access to the departure lounge is permitted up to 4 hours before the flight and upon presentation of a valid boarding pass.
Public area - W Arrival Lounge - Fortaleza, is on the 1st floor, close to domestic arrivals. 24 hour operation.
Access to C6, Banco Inter, AssistCard and Visa AirPort Companion. It is the customer's responsibility to present the correct means of access to the VIP Lounge employees and consult their bank or partner program in advance to find out their benefits.

Meet & Assist offers exclusive service from arrival, with a welcome at the airport entrance, assistance with luggage, assistance with security and customs inspection, directing the customer to the W Premium VIP room and then the escort, in comfortable time, to the boarding area.
